Job Description

Bonneville Builders is a commercial construction company currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager. This position requires interacting with our VP of Business Development, marketing team, estimating team, and management team in developing and cultivating strategies that will support our current clients and find new project opportunities in St. George and surrounding areas.


We are looking for someone who has the ability to interact with a variety of staff and clients. Excellent communication and organizational skills are vital. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining client and partner relationships, and following through the business development process until a contract is closed. Will also assist in pre-construction services related to project opportunities.


-Establish and nurture strategic business partnerships and client relationships
-Generate new business opportunities—identify new market sector opportunities and potential future clients
-Develop strategies that provide the greatest opportunity to complete contracts
-Maintain existing partner and client relationships
-Facilitate client education and satisfaction
-Collaborate with internal teams (business development, marketing, estimating, project management)
-Collaborate with partner industries (architects, brokers, etc.)
-Represent and reinforce Bonneville’s brand, core values, and mission
-Demonstrate knowledge and expertise within the industry—aid clients in making the best choices for their needs
-Clearly communicate technical information
-Keep records of client and partner interactions and opportunity status through Salesforce—share information with internal teams
-Convert opportunities to contracts—be involved throughout the entire process
-Manage time and tasks efficiently and effectively
-Solve problems through innovative thinking and persistence
-Actively participate in and network with designated industry associations


-Have been a resident of St. George for 5 years
-Bachelor’s Degree in related field or 2-5 years’ experience in Business Development
-Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
-Familiarity with construction or real estate industry
-Experience with estimating would be preferred
-Experience with SalesForce (or other CRM) is a plus

Additional Information

This position is part or full-time. Employment may be contingent upon completion of a successful background check and drug test. Compensation negotiable based on experience and education. Medical insurance and benefits available.
