**Job Summary**
Coordinate curriculum design, development and delivery for department, professional and/or community educational programs, including ongoing program assessment and improvement\\. Presents curricula, assembles presentations, prepares materials and supports or facilitates classes, workshops, seminars and other training services\\. May assist with program promotion and/or implementation, budget, administration and reporting\\.
**This position is located in St\\. George, Utah**
1\\.Administrative support for the University of Utah Physician Assistant Studies program at new campus in St\\. George, Utah\\.
2\\.Oversees and facilitates the day\\-to\\-day activities of the didactic classroom, including handling student issues and operation of classroom equipment that is essential to the delivery of interactive video conferencing \\(IVC\\)\\.
3\\.Assist with the coordination and paperwork for clinical rotations for the St\\. George student cohort, including handling student issues and questions related to their clinical placements\\.
4\\.Coordinates with Dixie State University faculty and staff as well as serve as a division representative in addressing issues and questions related to the program, which may include representing the division on various committees both within the University of Utah and Dixie State University\\.
6\\.Maintains and analyzes data pertaining to program participants and efficacy, including affiliation agreements for clinical preceptors\\.
7\\.Work with faculty to develop and implement department or program specific policies and procedures\\.
8\\.Acts as department liaison to program participants, community members and/or external organizations\\.
9\\.Interact and communicate professionally with faculty, students, administrators, and supervisor
10\\.Act as a liaison between internal and external constituencies involved in program related activities\\. Problems arising from these efforts will be addressed by the incumbent who will refer to their manager any issues outside of program policy and procedure guidelines\\.
11\\.Maintain confidentiality of student information perFERPAregulations
12\\.Manage student remediation process and exam proctoring
13\\.Attend meetings and take detailed minutes as necessary
14\\.Prepares or assists in preparing grant proposals, audit reports, protocols, publications and articles on an as needed basis\\.
15\\.May plan and coordinate outreach activities by determining priorities, preparing a business plan, coordinating advertising materials and/or marketing programs to individuals and organizations\\.
16\\. Act as a backup to ensure classroomIVCtechnology is functioning appropriately
17\\. Ensure the St\\. George location of the University of Utah Physician Assistant Studies program is involved in all program meetings with the Salt Lake City campus, which may include reserving rooms and ensuring technology is available\\.

**Minimum Qualifications**
Bachelor s degree in a related area or equivalency \\(2 years related work experience may be substituted for 1 year of education\\), and two years related experience required\\. Demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills also required\\.
Applicants must demonstrate the potential ability to perform the essential functions of the job as outlined in the position description\\.
Candidate with prior Dixie State University experience preferred\\.
